Cotswold Private Investigations

Based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire, Cotswold Private Investigations operate a team of ex-forces/police all of whom have been trained in surveillance and open source information gathering.

With the ethos of being friendly and approachable surveillance specialists, it was imperative that their new branding and website portrayed this to any potential clients.

We began with delivering a new corporate identity that is striking, memorable and incorporated some of the colours associated with the Cotswold area. From there we designed a range of business cards, ID badges and email signatures.

From our research of competitors in the local area, it became clear that many of their websites were too corporate, technical and off-putting, especially for private clients looking for help with matrimonial disputes.

By keeping in mind their target audience and friendly, approachable principles we designed the website with heavy use of illustrations throughout to soften the subject matter. This, combined with rounded corners and plenty of white space, helped to create a site that was clean and professional, yet wouldn't alienate their users.

After the initial website launch, we have continued to provide IT support in addition to search engine optimisation and many successful Google Ads campaigns.
